Mix nutritious matcha powder with natural yogurt in this maple syrup and fruit-topped breakfast that’s 2 of your 5-a-day
Ingredients
- 300g natural yogurt
- 1 tbsp matcha powder
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 kiwi fruit, sliced
- 1 peach, sliced
- 100g blueberries
- 20g coconut flakes, toasted
Method
- Mix the yogurt with the matcha and maple syrup, and divide between two bowls. Top with the kiwi, peach and blueberries. Sprinkle over the coconut flakes just before serving.
